  • Support individuals diagnosed with a disability and challenging behaviors in a day program or group home setting.
  • Teach, learn and interact with our persons served to help them reach their full potential.
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and household duties.
  • You may get to participate in interactive activities such as local sporting events, Botanica Gardens, Holiday Parties, etc.

    • Pay Rates

  • First shift : $16.50 per hour
  • Second Shift Weekday : $17.25 per hour / Weekend : $18.25 per hour
  • Third Shift Weekday : $18.50 per hour / Weekend : $19.50 per hour

    We offer a variety of full time and part time flexible schedules. We have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings. If you are selected for a pre-screen interview, we will discuss all schedules we have open that match your availability!

    • Requirements for the Behavior Support Specialist

  • Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
  • Be at least 17 years old
  • Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
  • Pass drug and alcohol screenings
  • Pass criminal background checks
  • Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
  • OPTIONAL : Bilingual in ASL (American Sign Language) or Spanish preferred, but NOT required.
