Pay Rates
- First shift: $16.50 per hour
- Second Shift Weekday: $17.25 per hour/ Weekend: $18.25 per hour
- Third Shift Weekday: $18.50 per hour/ Weekend: $19.50 per hour

Requirements for the Behavior Support Specialist
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- Be at least 17 years old
- Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
- OPTIONAL: Bilingual in ASL (American Sign Language) or Spanish preferred, but NOT required.
