Targeted Case Manager (TCM)

    18.00 per hour

    M-F 8am-4 : 30pm

    • Requirements for the Targeted Case Manager (TCM) role

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Services plus 1 year of experience (or five years of related experience in the field of developmental disability services in place of a degree).
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License for a minimum of 2 years with a good driving record.
  • Pass drug and alcohol screenings
  • Pass criminal background checks
  • Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
  • OPTIONAL : ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
