We are seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our team! This position is located at Starkey's global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This role leads financial processes for assigned business units and works with the leader(s) of these business units to manage overall financial performance, understand key drivers, and identify risks and opportunities. You will partner with and support across all levels of the organization and have a tangible impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS
- Manage the financial planning cycle for Global Operations: budget, forecasts and monthly close. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs related to production costs, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure financial controls and procedures are being followed, actively suggest areas for improvement and lead initiatives to implement change.
- Drive standardization, digitization and process improvement across Global Operations in all aspects of forecasting and reporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff as needed, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Master’s Degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) a plus
- Experience
- 8 years of relevant finance, business, or analytical experience with progressive advancement
- Experience leading/managing people a plus
- Experience supporting cross functional teams
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (i.e. Oracle, Planful, Business Objects, Hyperion, PowerBI, etc.)
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data and summarize for audiences at all levels of the organization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target pay range for this position is between $105,490 - $143,980 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
