PURPOSE –
- Primary resource for providing direction for all StarKist applications. This includes the effective utilization and growth, maintenance and process improvements across all locations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES –
Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activitiesManage portfolio of projects and programsAssisting clients in defining key capabilities / requirements that will enable their strategyPlanning and managing application design and architecture activitiesBeing recognized as an expert on one or more of the key SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PM, SD QM, PP, CoPa, CRM, BI)Creating project deliverable templates and standardsPlanning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activitiesIdentifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activitiesPlanning and establishing ongoing application supportDrive change by understanding and adapting to the cultural environment and developing strategies on how to overcome barriersEffective creation and management of both a capital and general administrative expense budgetsKNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES -
10 to 15 years of Management experienceStrong with SAP in one or more of the following areas : FI, CO, MM, PM, SD QM, PP, CRM, BI, Tech Arch and BasisExperience with cloud-based computing, hosting and virtualizationStrong understanding of Security (including Firewalls, Malware, Phishing)Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plusProven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsExcellent leadership and management skills10% to 15% travel (domestic / international)Additional Considerations :
