This role will involve working closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with business objectives. The Senior Analyst will analyze sales data, develop reports, and support the execution of sales initiatives.What are we looking forEducation : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.Experience : 5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role within a B2B sales environment.Skills & Expertise : Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.Experience with sales forecasting, compensation models, and territory planning.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.Working with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
