The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar accounting role, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, have proficiency in using accounting software, have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, and have strong organizational skills. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our financial processes and will involve collaboration with property managers to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Duties include AP, AR, budget development, CAM reconciliation, bank reconciliations, sales tax filing and preparation of financial reports along with administrative duties.
