Job Summary:
- Cultivate one of the most welcoming spaces in Union Square - a place to see and be seen
by locals and tourists alike, ensuring a fun time is had by all. - Drive the culture of Excessive Hospitality. Foster creativity in planning and arranging for
special touches for VIP and special guests of all kinds. - Effectively manage the door and flow of patrons to ensure guest satisfaction, operational
execution and revenue optimization. - Manage all guest facing communication, including phone and emails
- Manage the planning of semi-private events and large party reservations at Starlite,
from initial guest contact to final payment - Accurately and clearly communicate all group specifications, detail and history to
appropriate operational departments, ensuring that all specifications are implemented and
executed to established guidelines - Continually improve service through observation, collaboration and discussions with
guests, staff, sales teams, Beacon Grand leadership, and ownership. Host open and
productive conversations with chef & bar leads to edit and adapt until Starlite sings
Inspire and educate the staff. Most importantly, show how it’s done - Cover the basics: cleanliness, timeliness, and consistency; follow the laws and mandates,
demonstrate the qualities of a respectful citizen of our San Francisco community - Find new and fun ways to ensure profitability - consider community and connection as
key levers to pull. - All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience •
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related business discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least three (3) years of Food & Beverage management experience required
- Lifestyle / luxury hotel / Bar / Lounge experience required
- CA / San Francisco experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, push,
pull, stand, walk, talk, or hear - Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone
- Long hours sometimes required to include weekends and holiday
- Medium work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds

Compensation Details
Exempt $90,000 to $100,000 plus Bonus Hourly
