Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Account Manager located in Calhoun, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, assisting with benefits enrollment, communicating with insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks will include developing client relationships through stellar service and providing excellent support to our Benefits sales executives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managing client accounts and providing stellar customer service are required
- Knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and insurance policy information
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and insurance providers
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and processing claims
- Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel)
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
