RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets Customers on the phone and in person in a pleasant and professional manner
- Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
- Schedule rental appointments and reservations
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Create monthly marketing campaigns to provide more business for the rental department
- Provide customer follow up
- Maintain relationship with customer
- Work closely with the service department to create a simple transition from Service to Rental
- Follows up on accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Keeps and assists in keeping a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain rental fleet
- Schedule rentals for insurance customers
- Reconciles nightly deposits
- Checks vehicles upon pick and return
- Completes rental contract, explains rental policies and procedures, verifies credit card and obtains customer signatures and deposit
