About the Role:

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred) or Associate degree in Nursing (Required)
- Current RN License in the State of TN or another compact state
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Medication Administration Exam (passing score 85%)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisive judgments under pressure.
