Description:Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Charge for our ICU Department in a PRN role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises nursing staff and ensures quality patient care.
- Provides direct patient care and establishes effective patient care plans.
- Manages staffing levels and assigns staff accordingly.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee or another compact state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
