Bilingual Needed
3-5 Years HR Generalist
Job Duties:
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Recruit, interview, test, and select team members to fill vacant positions.
- Coordinate and work with staffing agencies to recruit qualified hourly team members.
- Plan and conduct new team member orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Answer detailed benefit questions, as well as Company background, policies, procedures, etc...
- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, filing personnel records and terminations.
- Handle highly confidential and personal team member information.
- Accurately and in a timely manner respond to inquiries regarding policies, and procedures.
- Administers and keep track of benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and team member assistance.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carriers.
- Prepares Separation notices and related documentation, conducts exit interviews in absence of Human Resources Manager to determine reasons behind separation.

Qualifications
