PAY : $30- $33.65 / hr. (DOE)
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday
Occasional weekends. Overtime Pay will be provided.
Title : Bilingual Human Resource Generalist
Job Description :
Administer and execute HR programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, and productivity enhancement.
Primary resource for operation, HR guideline, legal compliance and law
Review new hire onboarding document
Coordinate enrollment and benefit for new hire
Provide training and orientation to new employees
Create programs to support and encourage employee engagement, morale and retention. (We are big on team building)
Support recruitment and staffing efforts
Provide administrative and customer service for benefits and payroll inquiries
Requirements :
- Must be Bilingual Spanish (Speak / Write)
- 3 Years experience in Warehouse / Logistics as an HR Generalist, Talent Specialist working in high volume environment
- Bachelor' Degree or 5 years of HR experience
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- 1 years of reporting, timekeeping and payroll experience highly preferred
