DATA PROTECTION

Job Duties:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Ability to recruit, interview, test, and select team members to fill vacant positions. Also coordinate and work with staffing agencies to recruit qualified hourly team members.
- Ability to plan and conduct new team member orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Ability to answer detailed benefit questions, as well as Company background, policies, procedures, etc...
- Capable of keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, filing personnel records and terminations.
- Able to handle highly confidential and personal team member information.
- Can accurately and in a timely manner respond to inquiries regarding policies, and procedures.
- Administers and keep track of benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and team member assistance.
- Is capable of investigating accidents and preparing reports for insurance carriers.
- Prepares team member separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews in absence of Human Resources Manager to determine reasons behind separation.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
