Food & Beverage Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company.

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive individual with a passion for creating high-quality menu items and an exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who can lead and manage a kitchen/restaurant staff and oversee all back of house operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years ofrestaurantexperience
• Kitchen Experience
• Proven track record in managingCOGS and labor
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage all food and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Leadteam by attracting, recruiting, and training
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
