In this fast paced, residential sales based role, you will be tasked with learning a wide range of skills needed to excel in an Entry Level Account Manager role.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager Include :
- Completing client business and sales strategy through direct introduction to customers in the community / region
- Determining the best course of action for potential customers during sales by consulting client guidelines and considering qualifications
- Providing brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their services throughout every step of the sales process
- Training with management and members of the Entry Level Account Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge
- Becoming familiar with the regional market to assist in future client campaign planning
- Attending and conducting team collaborations regarding sales, expectations, client goals, and successes
