Responsibilities :
- Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
- Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
- Master all client product and service knowledge in order to educate customers
- Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry level aspect of the role
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
- Work closely with other associates to achieve sales goals
