Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship, oversee high-quality care, and serve as a key liaison between our clinical staff and the Clinical Director. Provide leadership and oversight for Mental Health Court, Adult Drug Court, Teen Court, and Department of Juvenile Justice. Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field
- Active Florida licensure under Chapters 458, 459, 490, or 491
- Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience, including supervision and direct care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with substance abuse services, 65-D30 guidelines, MCAP certification beneficial
