What You’ll Do:
As a Case Manager Supervisor, you’ll do more than manage—you’ll mentor. You’ll support our team of case managers to deliver high-quality, life-changing care to those experiencing mental illness, emotional disturbances, and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and supervision to case managers
- Oversee assessments, service plans, and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state, and agency standards
- Collaborate with families and community partners to enhance services
- Monitor and review documentation to uphold quality standards
- Coordinate care that is person-centered and culturally competent
- Conduct team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance evaluations
What You Bring to the Team:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience working with individuals facing serious mental health or substance use challenges
Licenses & Certifications:
- Florida Certification Board: Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor
- Medicaid Credentialed as a Targeted Case Manager Supervisor
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong case management and advocacy experience in outpatient settings
- Exceptional written, verbal, and computer skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a key leader on our team, you’ll go beyond traditional case management—you’ll guide, mentor, and empower a dedicated team while ensuring individuals receive the holistic, high-quality support they deserve. You'll play a central role in our forensic program, maintain strong community partnerships, and be the driving force behind individualized, recovery-focused care.
- Supervise and support case managers to ensure exceptional care and compliance
- Lead the Forensic Program, ensuring services align with Florida Statute 916
- Oversee service plans, assessments, and documentation with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Serve as a liaison with families, legal partners, and community organizations
- Track progress and success with a personal caseload (approx. 5 hours weekly)
- Promote team collaboration through training, supervision, and regular team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health Education, or related Human Services field
- 3 years of full-time experience with individuals/children with serious mental illness, emotional disturbances, or substance use disorders
Required Certifications & Licenses:
- Certified through the Florida Certification Board as a Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor
- Credentialed with Medicaid as a Targeted Case Manager Supervisor
- SOAR Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
