As a Drop-In Center Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing rehabilitation services and leading educational and skill-building activities that inspire and transform lives. Your efforts will directly impact individuals by helping them develop social, vocational, and daily living skills necessary to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic group sessions focused on social skills, vocational training, support systems, and life skills.
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans and ensure progress is tracked.
- Facilitate meaningful activities designed to engage and empower program participants.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment where everyone feels valued.
- Collaborate with a passionate team that’s dedicated to making a difference.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification: Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) or Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, MVR, and drug-free workplace screenings.
