Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing administrative support while facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. Coordinating and navigating care across the health and social care system, ensuring individuals receive the right support at the right time.
Ensuring all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets care standards.
Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance
Liaise with and maintain partnerships with clients and care centre
Safeguard and promote the welfare of both staff and client
Ensure the quality of care provided is consistent with Regulation
Liaise with local authorities as well as health and other professionals working with any of our clients
Manage client protection concerns and complaints
Assess new referrals and carry out inductions.
Setting and meeting goals and Targets
Filling out tender forms for business growth
Reporting weekly to senior management
Staff meeting coordination
Appraisal and supervision
