This individual will be at the helm of a team of business development professionals. This VP will play a pivotal role in driving the entire business development Federal portfolio, focusing on expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities. In this role, the VP, Federal will have the exciting opportunity to:
- Lead business development activities to cultivate and nurture opportunities and create a robust pipeline.
- Evaluate, analyze, and drive an opportunity pipeline with the BD team, ensuring regular reviews to maintain momentum.
- Acquire, evaluate, negotiate, and approve Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Subcontract agreements with our partners
- Oversee and approve all contract modifications to accurately reflect scope of work, level of effort, and hours at the pre-negotiated rates.
- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the MSA/Subk, including the necessary clearances and credentials to remain compliant.
- Act as the primary point of contact and company executive for new and client relationships
- Manage, support, and hold the team accountable to ensure optimal resource utilization and high levels of motivation.
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for all direct reports.
- Evaluate weekly KPIs with direct reports to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide training, development, and mentorship for Federal business development professionals. We are thrilled about the potential that this role holds and look forward to welcoming a passionate and driven individual to join our team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Core Values
- Must be able to obtain and hold a top-secret clearance.
- Have at least 8 years of Federal government business development, capture experience
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in leading other business development professionals.
- Show a proven track record of success in capturing and delivering MSA/Contract/Subcontract work.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on processes.
- Demonstrate experience in breaking into new accounts.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $150,000 - $240,000
