STAT Waste Stream Services is seeking a hands-on leader to join our team as a Heavy Repairs Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills and experience in structural repairs, piping, welding, fabrication, and equipment installation.
You'll be in the field evaluating jobs, creating estimates, and reviewing contractor bids — while also getting your hands dirty alongside the team. If you're detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing repairs from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate repair needs and develop job scopes
- Create accurate estimates and review bid packages
- Perform and oversee heavy structural/mechanical repairs
- Maintain job documentation and support field crews
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in heavy mechanical or structural repairs
- Skilled in welding, cutting, fabrication, equipment repair, and piping
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel to field sites daily
Bonus Points: Electrical knowledge or field supervision experience
