Join our Lake Ridge Bank team as a Compliance Officer and play a vital role in ensuring our bank operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance! In this dynamic position, you'll help monitor and enhance our compliance program, stay ahead of evolving regulations, and collaborate with teams across the bank to implement key updates. You'll also work closely with the VP-Compliance , gaining valuable experience in regulatory reviews and examinations while making a meaningful impact on our organization. The home office is flexible based out one of our Lake Ridge Bank communities.
Responsibilities
Compliance Management
Monitor the bank's compliance-related procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure adherence with regulations.
- Assist with the review, and make recommendations for, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate emerging issues and compliance risks.
- Assist with complex projects and activities that may have significant impact on the operations of the bank.
- Analyze, evaluate, and implement any impacts of new or revised rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Committee to implement policies and procedures relative to regulatory changes.

Adhere to all Bank Security / Compliance Regulations
