Hiring locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Ana, Stockton, or Vacaville.
Telework may be available and is subject to change based on State Fund guidelines and business needs.
In this role you will:
- Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures, and DWC laws and regulations
- Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and adjust an inventory
- Work collaboratively within a team of claims professionals and with other stakeholders
- Serve as a resource to team members and internal staff
- Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product

- Able to manage and control a workers' compensation insurance claims caseload including more complex cases
- Experienced prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced working remotely and has great time management.
