What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Clerk position at State Equipment, Inc.?
- Manage all warranty claims
- Coordinate with manager and prepare work order for authorization as per warranty requirement
- Investigate overdue, un-settled and short-paid claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications
- Maintain knowledge on various warrant programs by active participation education programs
