Some job duties maybe to:
Cashier take money, clean dining room tables. Line cook, food to order, Grill hamburgers, Deep fat fry food. Maintenance worker, wash dishes, clean floors, empty trash. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments as needed.
This position is a part of the Federal work-study program, to qualify you must be a State Fair Community College student enrolled in the current semester and eligible for Financial Aid thorough the Federal Work-study program. The job is in a fast-paced environment that requires good communication, customer service and problem solving skills. Candidate will possess a working knowledge of computers, excellent oral and written communications skills, demonstrate student centeredness and be able to interact with a broad range of people with diverse backgrounds in a positive manner. Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy and mission of the community college.
Employment will require a criminal background check at College expense. Preference is given to Missouri residents.

Student Work Study Positions are funded based on student FASFA status on a per semester basis. If you are a SFCC student, please check with our Financial Aid Department to see if you qualify.
If you do not qualify for Work Study, this position will be paid with department funds.
Student workers cannot work more than 17 hours a week.
