Pay Range: $13-$15/hr (dependent upon experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead stand by ensuring accurate beginning and ending inventories, proper sanitation and food preparation, and adherence to all liquor laws.
- Ensure customer leaves with a satisfying meal, drink and/or snack.
- Ensure concession stands/areas are stocked, prepped, and cleaned, prior to the event/show.
- Record complete and accurate inventories including imputing the inventory counts into the MICROS system.
- Assist group/employees to ensure readiness and proper food production for events/shows.
- Ensure high quality food and an exceptional customer service experience is provided to all customers.
- Coordinate and organize the stand duties to ensure that the stand can open on time.
- Listen to customer complaints and address issues to the best of your ability.
- Ensure the group/employees maintain proper sanitation and keep inventory organized.
- Ensure the group/employees are following proper food preparation.
- Maintain an awareness of prep levels and on-going cooking of product throughout events/shows.
- Test food temperatures throughout the course of events/shows and maintaining records.
- Ensure that presentation, food portion control and quality are consistently maintained.
- Manage by observing and walking the stand, monitoring all activities, and ensuring that all POS (points of sale), food prep and cooking areas are properly staffed.
- Enforce uniform and alcohol policies.
- Review detailed cleaning of stand at the end of each event.
- Prepare the concession stands on non-event days and do a pre-event count of stand locations that will be used for the upcoming shows/events.
- Document incidents.
- Assist in other food and beverage departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Concession stand experience in all working areas.
- Valid liquor license/alcohol service permit and/or food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Extended hours, nights and weekends may be required during peak periods.
- Frequent or continual movement from place to place with normal physical mobility, covering long distances with ease, managing assigned tasks throughout various indoor and outdoor locations within and around the property and in potentially inclement/severe weather conditions.
- Regularly lift, carry and put away items weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry heavier items and/or assist others in lifting heavier objects, as job demands.
- Walk and/or stand for extended periods in addition to other prolonged physical exertions including seeing, hearing, reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, crouching, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in awkward positions and tight areas may be required.
