Responsibilities
Our Agency Operations team is looking for Agency Operations Technicians to join a fast-paced and customer focused environment. Join our dynamic and dedicated team where your work will make a great impact on the organization! As an Agency Operations Technician, you will focus on phone work assisting agents and agent team members.
You will also:
Solve field leadership, agent team member and agent needs on first contact through simple, high-quality and personalized experiences. Assisting with marketing, licensing policy movement and agency needs through phone contact and utilizing chat features.
Additional Details:
This is a full-time role
Training is for 4 weeks and the hours for training are M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
The first and last week of training is in the office
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7AM-7 PM; no weekends
Set schedule with shift bids every six months
Strong Internet connection is required when working virtually
Location: Cityline-Building 4; Richardson, Texas
Salary: $24.25/hr
Incumbency:
This position will have a 12-month incumbency period (beginning on the effective date of the position) which must be met before the employee can post for any other State Farm position. The incumbency period does not affect the at-will relationship between State Farm and the employee and does not create an employment contract, nor contractual rights.
***This is a hybrid role which means you will work virtually and be required to come into the office.***
Qualifications
Contact call center experience highly desired
Chat experience in a contact call center is highly desired
Strong customer service experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail orientated
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and chat features
Organizational skills
Ability to drive pace and build strong relationships
Strong Internet connection required when working virtually
