Position Overview: As a Campaign Strategy Planner, you will play a vital role within our marketing strategy function. You will work alongside a team of marketing professionals who have a strong grasp of the key elements that drive successful campaigns, including consumer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Your responsibility is to serve as the strategic expert for your assigned cross-functional campaign team, leveraging core marketing strategies defined by the Strategy Development team to develop annual marketing plans, campaign briefs, monitoring campaign performance, strategic recommendations and other responsibilities as needed.
This role will specifically support important cultural marketing (ex. gaming, music) projects, as well as work to increase relevancy with multicultural audiences.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic expert throughout the campaign development process, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members involved in campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing Development Strategists to create and enhance effective marketing strategies.
- Transform strategic goals and objectives into actionable plans for execution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to assess campaign performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and promote innovative and diverse viewpoints.
- Identify opportunities for testing and learning within campaign efforts to enhance effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience.
- Proven experience leading cultural marketing initiatives (e.g., in areas such as gaming, music, or related sectors).
- Experience in multicultural marketing strategy and execution
- Proficiency in audience analysis, profiling, and targeting.
- Strong brief writing and executive presentation skills.

- Potential starting salary range: $78,081.25 - $105,000
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
