Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds to visitor or caller inquiries and requests and/or refers them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedules appointments and maintains Leader's calendar
- Organizes and maintains records, files, procedural manuals, reference materials, data, and miscellaneous information
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and/or materials for appointments, meetings, etc.
- Receives, opens, and/or distributes mail, printed materials, supplies, etc.
- Requisitions supplies, equipment, printing, maintenance, and other services
- Arranges meeting facility, seating, refreshments, equipment, and other services, as requested
- Mentors and trains others, as needed
- May participate in the annual furniture and equipment inventory process
- Arranges travel and lodging reservations
- May work with external business partners and vendors
- Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- May conduct research and prepare presentations or reports
- Assist with complex and/or sensitive documents and assignments
- Strong understanding of Company operations and organizational procedures with emphasis on specific Executive and departmental goals
- Work independently and problem solve
- Applies discretion and appropriate security measures in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office desired
- Detail oriented; able to multi-task
- Model and drive collaboration
- Acts in a role model capacity

- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
