Job Description:
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you serve as the first touch point and go-to for both new and existing customers seeking insurance coverage. Your main duties will include, but not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate the understanding of what your client’s unique insurance needs are by establishing excellent rapport with clients.
- Possess the ability to update and educate your customers on the various insurance options that will best fit their unique needs.
- Ability to identify client’s needs and elevate concerns to the appropriate department, when warranted.
- Always conduct yourself professionally with both internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills that will strive to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external customers. Individuals that are self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve efficiently and will work well both on a team and individually. Our ideal applicant would demonstrate the following skills:
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in customer service-related roles.
- Passionate about helping others by contributing to improving the lives of your customers.
- Driven to meet and exceed quotas and sales targets.
- State Insurance Licenses is a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensure.

Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM. Potentially Saturday hours, 9AM-1PM.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
