- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Meet sales goals and performance objectives set by the agency
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to help others and a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to obtain standard insurance licenses (property and casualty insurance exams)
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
