Position Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll for US, Canada & Puerto Rico
- Maintain Payroll databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain employee records
- Other Payroll duties/reports as assigned
- Preparation of indirect and/or direct tax compliance filings
- Other accounting or tax projects or duties as assigned
- Assists in the Accounts Payable process
- Assists in the cash application process
- Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance
- SAP or use of ERP system, preferred
- Experience with MS Office
- 2-5 years of experience
- Analytical, and detailed oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced analytical skills
