POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and record batch results
- Take samples to the lab for QC testing
- Testing samples in accordance with product specifications
- Following BOM and blending instructions
- Pull and stage raw materials
- Clean and maintain blending equipment
- Notify supervisor or QC of any problems with a batch
- Tote or drum off blending tanks as required
- Fill out all required paperwork
- Keep area clean and well organized
- Bulk Loading/Unloading
- Any duty required / requested to insure the continuing operation of manufacturing department
- High school education or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience, preferred
- Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to fill-out production paperwork
- Solid math skills
