Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Day-to-day coordination for new and existing claims and/or services calls.
- Utilize Quickbooks Online for billing, coding expenses, and payroll.
- Handle calendar management for scheduling inspections and meetings efficiently.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in QuickBooks online applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is beneficial.
