The Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Division of Wildlife Conservation is recruiting for an Analyst / Programmer 4 (Senior .Net Software Developer) located in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, or Palmer! This position is listed as an Analyst / Programmer 2,3,4 Flex and will be hired at the Analyst / Programmer 4 position.

Minimum Qualifications
Analyst / Programmer 2
One year of computer programming experience in a recognized computer language. One year of the experience must have been in a business application, scientific application, microcomputer or computer system user support specialty.
Substitution :
A bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science (CS) or Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related degree with (18) semester / (24) quarter hours of CS or CIS may substitute for all of the required experience. An associate's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems may substitute for nine months of the required experience.
Special Note :
An applicant who is considered under the Substitution above qualifies to apply for this job class IF the applicable coursework is completed within three (3) months of hire. Under this option, an applicant may receive a conditional job offer; however, proof of completion will be required prior to final appointment and reporting for duty.
Individual positions at each level in this class series may require expertise in a particular area of programming or analysis. Recruitment and selection will be on the basis of these requirements.
