As part of the Employee Relations (ER) team, provide journey-level professional human resource guidance and support to assigned client agency(s). Independently manage a caseload, ranging from informal consultations on performance improvement to handling progressive discipline and processing complaints.

The Employee Relations Program offices are located either in the Atwood Building in Downtown Anchorage or the State Office Building located in Juneau. Both offices are secure spaces with open concept work spaces and great views. In Anchorage, you have a view of downtown, Turnagain Arm, and the Anchorage Bowl. From Juneau, you are able to see the Gastineau Channel.
