Help make a lasting impact on the health of Alaskans by leading the State’s Diabetes Prevention and Management program within the Section of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (CDPHP)!- Be a change agent for diabetes services by increasing statewide availability, access, and sustainability of quality prevention, management, and support programs.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
This position is based in our Anchorage office on the seventh floor of the Frontier Building at 3601 C Street, offering a private office with beautiful mountain views. After an initial orientation period, you can typically work remotely for 1-3 days per week, as division policy and business needs allow.
