Job Summary
This position is under the direction of the Project Administrator and works alongside the Business Operations Manager. The position is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects across the division, including data tracking, auditing and reporting to staff and internal/external sites. The position will require the creation and facilitation of several meetings and projects across the division and is responsible for maintaining the division's Share Point pages.

Arizona Drivers License
Minimum Qualification: Two years of professional experience related to Project Coordination or professional experience applying Lean standards to health programs appropriate to the assignment.
Preferred Qualification: Project Coordination or Lean certification, and excellent computer software skills with working knowledge & experience in creating reports and graphs.

Job Duties
Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead, participate and coordinate meetings with internal and external attendees to achieve completion of project coordination and assignments. Including working out of the office to mail provider correspondence via certified mail.
- Responsible for tracking & reporting data from multiple sources & reporting the information to internal & external websites, trackers, or shareholders. Prepare statistical, narrative reports, special studies, and/or presentations.
- Serves as the division lean champion - creating or updating educational content & sharing it with the division, actively participating in Gemba Walks & Huddle Board visits, ensuring the division stay on track with yearly objectives.
- Leads, coordinates, & hosts divisions Healthy Living initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Assists with the preparation of the quarterly division meetings and other administrative tasks. Serves as a point of contact for ISD tickets and state car reservations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Office products
