Seven (7) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. Relevant and related experience must include direct experience in managing & monitoring production systems support, including triaging trouble ticket escalation.

Education and Experience:A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to seven (7) years. Relevant and related experience must include direct experience in managing & monitoring production systems support, including triaging trouble ticket escalation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in production support
- Experience working in a multi unit environment leading and or managing a team of at least 5 employees
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, provide initial analysis & documentation.
- Experience managing/ leading/ coordination of planned system maintenance
- Experience performing similar duties as a State of Colorado classified employee.
- Work Leader: Able to inspire and effectively assign tasks and projects and be accountable for service level agreements, timeliness, correctness and soundness by checking progress, establishing standards, checking the end product, etc. Experience providing technical operations support in cross-functional operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Business analysis: Knowledge of the process intended to match user and organization’s needs with system components and services, by taking into consideration the available technologies and the techniques required to elicit and specify requirements, interrogating users to establish symptoms of problem and analyzing symptoms.
- Strong communication and collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and platforms to effectively oversee technical support operations.
- Familiarity with support processes: Experience with Incident Management, SLA compliance, and other relevant support processes.Adaptability: Capacity to navigate and lead through changing environments, including emerging technologies and evolving stakeholder needs.
- Customer-centric approach: A deep understanding of customer needs and expectations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Process improvement mindset: A passion for driving efficiency and identifying opportunities to enhance existing support processes.
- Must be a current, permanent, classified employee of CDLE.
