This position is intended to be 100% remote but may still be required to report to a given state office due to business need or at the discretion of the supervisor.

The purpose of this work unit is to implement and support the new Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, ensuring all Colorado workers have access to paid leave in order to take care of themselves or their family during life circumstances that pull them away from their jobs.
Once trained this position will provide complete customer service to support participants of the Colorado FAMLI program. Representatives will assist with inquiries from around the state, as the front line for support regarding the FAMLI program. Reps will help to provide self service system understanding and navigation and educate contacts to FAMLI program and guide toward additional program or system resources. Assists with account registration and front line troubleshooting. Works to educate contacts about the program and resources and empowers contacts to use the system independently. Utilizes a variety of computer systems and applications in daily work. Provides thorough and quality customer service via the telephone, email, and chat. Explains and clarifies FAMLI Division policies, regulations, and state laws. Informs participants of their rights and responsibilities while protecting the interest of Coloradans and the FAMLI program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:
Four (4) years and six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years and six (6) months
