Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Fish Care Specialist to join our team at the Burlington State Fish Hatchery.
About the Job
This is a seasonal position that involves caring for fish and performing various maintenance duties at the hatchery. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading fish onto stocking trucks, physically stocking fish in lakes and rivers across the state, transporting fish within the hatchery, feeding fish, and cleaning fish rearing units.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Preference may be given to candidates with experience in aquaculture or grounds and building maintenance.
Working Conditions
The working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays. The duration of the position is six months, with three possible time frames: March-August, May-October, and November-April.
