Summary Statement
The Delaware Department of Justice seeks a Deputy Attorney General for the Civil Division in the Financial Integrity Protection Unit in New Castle County.� This Deputy Attorney General will advise the Delaware Public Employees’ Retirement System, the Board of Pension Trustees, and the Office of Pensions on issues including investments, plan interpretation and administration, governance, regulatory matters, and securities litigation.� Travel within the State is required. Job Requirements
