Summary Statement
Step into a pivotal role with our team and take charge of Volunteer Services. In this role you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and interns for the Division including those who will support the facilitation of accessible curriculum and learning materials for Delaware's visually impaired students statewide. The DVI Volunteer Services Administrator position has a strong focus on providing administrative and operational support to our Instructional Materials Resource Center which develops alternate media formats such as electronic, Braille, and large print and manages a large inventory of learning materials for school students with visual impairments including blindness. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive our program forward. Be prepared for occasional nights and weekends as we work together to meet the needs of our participants and operations.
Preferred Qualification
Applicants who do not possess the preferred qualification will still be eligible to compete for this position if job requirements are met.
- Experience in print production and / or inventory management.
