Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide home visitation services, including health promotion, health education, and referrals to at-risk pregnant women and infants.
Requirements
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; three or more years of public health and/or maternal child health experience; licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464 or eligible to practice nursing in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 64B9.
