This is professional and highly responsible work conducting legal research, preparing memos, and drafting orders and opinions for the assigned Circuit Civil Judges. This position will also assist a Civil Appellate Panel with Appeals from County Court, and other petitions filed for review by the panel. The position may also be called on to to assist with legal issues from other divisions. The work involves considerable interpretation and judgment in the analysis of legal issues in the areas of assignment, Contacts are primarily with judges and other court personnel. All work is performed under the supervision of a Senior Staff Attorney. Yhis position may be partially remote.
