Federal Work-Study – Marketing
JOB SUMMARY
The Federal Work Study will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the department, focusing on social media presence enhancement and digital content creation. This project allows for both remote and on-campus work while meeting course objectives.
MAJOR DUTIES
- Creates and manages social media content according to the established calendar;
- Design templates for various content types and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms;
- Monitors campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and audience engagement;
- Analyzes digital marketing metrics, prepare detailed reports, and optimize strategies to improve performance;
- Develops comprehensive analytics reports and track campaign success based on reach, impressions, and conversions;
- Assists in the design and messaging of email marketing campaigns to align with overall digital strategies;
- Works cross-functionally with marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
- Participates in meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and professional development opportunities;
- Documents content creation processes, best practices, and campaign outcomes;
- Prepares final reports, presentations, and press release for evaluation and transition purposes;
- Complies with the policies and procedures of the College and the Technical College System of Georgia;
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service when interacting with students and the public;
- Exhibits cooperative, supportive and professional behavior toward colleagues and the administration;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Current enrollment in a SRTC credit program at the location where seeking employment
- Eligible for participation in the Federal Work Study Program
- Satisfactory academic progress for Federal Student Aid programs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to the minimum qualifications:
- Current Marketing Management Student
