Employment Terms: This job is a part time,non-benefited, position in the Public and Professional Services Division that reports to the Program Director of Interiors.
Salary: $15.60 per hour
Schedule: May work up to 19 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications (Job Code T6001):High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in interiors or related discipline. An Interest in design profession with general office skills to include, telephone usage, student recruitment, filing, word processing, newsletter development, student communication, managing open houses and events. Adjunct support, purchasing, conducting student tours, research, updating and maintaining records are ongoing requirements of the position.
Experience with budget management, file management and accurate records maintenance.
Excellent communications skills written and verbal both interoffice and externally.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Interiors terminology and processes. Previous customer service experience is desired.

Job Description Summary:
Under general supervision, performs a variety of secretarial and clerical duties. Assists in the preparation of special reports and performs special projects for management. This position requires maintenance of records and documents. One must manage multiple projects at one time. Maintenance of student Labs and active role in student recruitment and managing student records is a daily responsibility. Willingness to be flexible in job duties
